By placing an order through E li Stockholm you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement for mutual protection and to set expectations for our service.

1. General


Subject to availability, we strive to maintain an accurate inventory, however from time to time there may be a stock variance and we may not be able to stock all items at the time of your purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer a value check.




2. Shipping costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and most importantly the destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price of your order for shipping costs.


3. Returns


Terms and conditions for returns are available on the Returns and Refunds Policy page, which you can find at the bottom of the page.


4. Delivery terms

In general, orders shipped abroad can be in transit for 4 days. However, in exceptional cases, this period can be longer (up to fourteen days). This varies greatly depending on the type of delivery chosen and the supplier associated with the goods included in your order.


Delivery times

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of payment. We allow 24 hours to change the shipping address.


Our teams contact the locations where the goods are stored Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on national holidays, when the shipment is not activated with the storage locations.



When you place an order with Eli Stockholm has a maximum delivery time of 3 working days. Orders are often dispatched within 3 working days. However, delivery can take up to 1 to 2 weeks during this busy period.



It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Delivery involves transporting goods to a destination address. Shipping, on the other hand, is the action of sending the items in an order.



This is why delivery can take up to 2 weeks in exceptional cases.

These are exceptional total lead times, but Eli Stockholm wants to make you aware of them to avoid any inconvenience. However, once this delivery time has passed, i.e. 3 weeks, we want you to be satisfied.



To do this, we will offer you solutions such as returning your order at our expense or creating a gift card worth more than the amount of your original order. This almost never happens, but Eli Stockholm is becoming a victim of its own success and we prefer to anticipate such situations and let you know what our policy is when it comes to customer service.



If you received your order confirmation 3 weeks ago or more, we therefore ask you to either reply to your order confirmation or email us at kontakt@ eli-stockholm .com.



To ensure that your email is processed as quickly as possible, we recommend that you include the following information in your email:

- Your order number

- The email address you used to place your order

- Your first name

- First name

- The contents of your order (also approximate)

- Date of your order



If you send an email to contact@ eli-stockholm .com we also recommend that you enter "Delivery time - Your order number" in the subject line of the email.



Example: “Delivery time - #125698”.

The employees at Eli Stockholm, who works with customer service, will respond to you within 24 business hours via email to handle your situation.



4.4 Change of delivery address
When requesting a change of delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.5 Shipping to a PO Box

Eli Stockholm only ships to PO Box addresses using the postal services. We are currently unable to offer courier services to these locations.


4.6 Delivery to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses via USPS. However, we are unable to offer this service using courier services.


4.7 Sold out items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer a voucher. The voucher will have a value greater than the amount of your original order.



4.8 Exceeded delivery times
If the delivery time has been exceeded, please contact us at contact@ eli-stockholm .com so that we can handle your request.

5. Tracking notification
Once your shipment has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Packages damaged during transport
If you discover that a package has been damaged during transport, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without your presence, please contact Eli S Stockholm special customer service at contact@ eli-stockholm .com.


7. Customs and taxes
7.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods displayed on Eli Stockholm when you place your order.



8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order at At Eli Stockholm we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please see our refund policy at the bottom of the page.


9. Insurance

The package is insured against damage and loss up to the value stated by the carrier. Loss is considered to have occurred if the post office confirms the loss. A delivery confirmed by the post office is considered valid. Eli Stockholm has experienced too many cases of dishonest customers reporting that they have not been delivered for us to rely solely on the customer's word. However, Eli Stockholm will do its utmost to make you satisfied by returning the goods in your order at its own expense or offering you a gift certificate worth more than the amount of your original order.


9.1 Process for packages damaged in transit

We will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy, which you can find a link to at the bottom of this page.


9.2 Process for packages lost in transit

In the event that the postal service confirms a loss in transit, Eli S tockholm will do its utmost to satisfy you by returning the items in your order at its own expense or offering you a gift certificate worth more than the amount of your original order.
